  • Chain Link Fence Removal Grant - Provides financial assistance to property owners who wish to remove existing chain link fencing in the front or street yards
  • Community Development Block Grant - Provides funding for decent housing and a suitable living environment by expanding economic opportunities, principally for low and moderate income families
  • Community Development Block Grant-R - The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 provides additional funds under the CDBG-R Program.  
  • Exterior Paint Grant - Provides financial assistance to home owners who wish to paint the exterior of the structures on their property, but lack the financial resources to do so
  • Home Investment Partnership Program - Used exclusively for affordable housing activities
  • Multi-Family Conversion Grant - Provides funding for the conversion of multi-family unit residences back to their original use
  • Neighborhood Improvement Grant - Provides financial assistance and incentives for neighborhood groups and organizations in the development and implementation of projects benefiting their respective neighbors
  • Residential Rehabilitation Grant - Provides funds to encourage and assist property owners in maintaining and improving the exterior of their homes and neighborhood
  • Substitute Siding Removal Grant - Provides grant assistance to property owners who wish to remove the substitute siding from their homes and repair or restore the original wood siding
